James Clark

Began his Information Technology career as the family "IT guy". With a wealth of experience from piecing together Commodore 64's, to removing viruses, and finally, after being converted by Craig to an Apple user, on to converting the masses to faithful Apple users, he was hired on with TXU Communications as a Computer Operator in 2002, and ended his career at TXU as a Level 2 Technician.

James has achieved the following Information Technology certifications: Apple Certified Help Desk Technician, Dell Certified Systems Expert, CompTia A+, and ISA Certifications.

James has achieved a Web Development Certificate from Tyler Junior College, Cisco 1, and graduated both the Police Academy and SWAT Certification at Angelina College, and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology Degree from Devry University.

Craig Smith

Began his Information Technology career as the family "IT guy", as well. With that wealth of experience from running a restore disk to using tweezers to remove paper from a printer, he was hired on with TXU Communications as a Level 1 Technician in 1998, and forced to work on the Mac's and has been hooked on Apple computers since. Becoming one of the many Apple Evangelist proclaiming the peace of using a computer that just works!

Craig has achieved the following Information Technology certifications: Dell Certified Systems Expert, CompTia A+, CompTia Network +, CompTia Security+.

Craig has achieved an A.A.S in Design and Applied Arts, and is currently pursuing his B.A. in Business Information Systems at Ashford University.
